Soulfire (from the Pacific Northwest):The Best of Four Worlds
Saturday October 15th 9:00-10:45am
Soulfire is a collective of award-winning solo artists working together towards a shared vision. In this fun and creative workshop, each Soulfire dancer will teach one of their personally stylized combos, then they will all be put together for one Combo-ography, An innovative way to learn graceful transitions, new movement patterns, cutting-edge technique, and four different stylizations.

Frank Farinaro (from Colorado): Telling Stories to Audiences
Saturday October 15th 11:00 am - 12:45 pm
In this workshop, we explore the fine lines between telling a specific story that connects with your audience and leaving some open interpretation for their own imagination.  Leaving it all on the table and saving a bit for yourself.  This craft requires both balance and juggling of emotions and technique.  We will also explore the psychology of thinking like an audience member to use posture, facial expression, and stage navigation to ensure an authentic, communicative, and effective performance.

These 105-minute workshops are $25 each
